The main raw materials of this wood chipper are small-diameter wood, timber harvesting, processed residues (such as branches, skin, slats, logs, waste veneer, waste wood, etc.), which can also be used to cut non-wood raw materials (such as sugarcane, reed, bamboo, etc.).
This wood chipper can chip the raw material into small chips, these chips are raw material of chipboard, density beaverboard and wood fiber board, also could be burning material as sort of fuel. It is suitable for a wide range and the raw material can be diversified.
It is of good quality and safe, which is easy to operate and efficient. The drum chipper is the newest chipper of our company in the country, which is applied to particle board, density beaverboard, wood fiber board, widely used in paper-making factory, power plant and industrial boiler…etc.

Performance Characteristic
When drum chipper works, the motor drives rotor for high-speed rotation and wood get into the crusher cavity. High-speed rotation of the hammer crushed the wood by cutting and tearing , while the wood itself gravitation make it rush to the body frame baffle、 sieve strip from the high-speed rotation of the hammer. In the lower rotor, it has a sieve plate which crushed wood smaller than the sieve size can get through while the bigger crushed wood will retain in the sieve to be hit and grinded by the hammer again.
The main body of this chipper dust collector is a box, which is provided with a gray door and the box should be installed in a vertical frame. Vertical frame is covered with filter bag in the top, and the dust collector receives dust from the centrifugal separator gas which get in from the box entrance and get out through the filter bag. So there is no pollution to the working environment because the filter dust removal efficiency is up to 97%. When the filter resistance increases, you can choose to stop to be manual cleaning. When cleaning up the filter bag, you can make a hand-shaking for ten seconds to shake off the sticky dust on the inner surface of the filter which can be sent into the dust bag through the ash box and get cleaned again. Green, no pollution.

1. After starting, when the machine reaches normal operation, it is allowed to feed the crops evenly and continuously.
2. Pay attention to the motor speed, sound and bearing temperature during the operation,.
3. When feeding, operators should stand side of the feeding port, clothes sleeves should be tightened. Put on masks and work cap.
4. When feeding, pay attention to the input material inside to check if there are stones, sickles, tools, screws and other hard objects, so as to avoid damage to the machine and personal injury.
5. The machine is not allowed to hang belt rotation, oiling, cleaning and troubleshooting.
6. The engine should be shut down when finding the following problems, and stop processing, ① motor smoke, ② blockage, ③ grinding quality is not good, ④ bearing overheating, more than 60 degrees.
1. It is forbidden to peep into the machine from the upper part of the crushing chamber during operation.
2. Electrical equipment should be grounded, the wire should be insulated and installed and lied in the pipe.
3. Hand is not allowed to move the material directly in the crushing cavity or after the feeding inlet when operating.
4. Grinder in operation is strictly prohibited for any adjustment, cleaning or maintenance work.
